i actually prefer the first one to the second one. i like how the photo is basically b&w except the yellow sign, and i love the 'skid-marks' across the road in the snow, as if the sign was not terribly effective. that said, i rated your actual submission a 6, and probably would have rated your first photo the same. the second photo i just don't find as compelling as either the photo you submitted or the outtake 1 photo. it looks too much like a sign lost in a forest or something like that. |
