Oh I got that too and I love it! Its very functional - the stainless steel inside keeps my tea/coffee from getting that weird taste that plastic mugs add and the lid has slit with lip that's perfect for sipping. Never leaked on me if I close the lid properly as its lined with silicone seal. The only downsides I found after using for 6+ months is that the window on focus distance scale came off and finally got lost and that after many wash cycles, some water got in between the stainless steel inner cup and the outer plastic housing and slush around when you shake it and some time drops of black colored water leaks from it when you turn it upside down. But I love it for no taste adding inner cup and so practical sippy lid. The 70-200/2.8 lens mug doesn't have sippy lid hence is more of a show piece. |
