Most of the cards I see use either just the initials:

C
or the abbreviations
Tel
Fax
Cell
A few people prefer to write out the whole words ("Telephone" and "Facsimile" and "Cellular") and some are using the word "Mobile" instead of "Cell," since the latter refers to a particular technology, not the lifestyle.
I don't think I've seen it written as "cellphone" at all; maybe rarely as two words: cell phone.
The C is slighty "safer" than the M -- more chance of it being instantly recognized. I think people are just getting used to the term "mobile" in this context.

So 'M' vs 'C' - no problems either way then?
I think either way should be fine. To spell it out, I would personally prefer "Mobile" but if you're going with one letter I'd be inclined to go with "C" because it might be more instantly recognizable...
