I just renewed mine even though I'm having financial difficulties. I didn't think much. DPC keeps me sane even though sometimes drives me nuts :)

I also like to think that my contribution keeps the site alive. I learnt a lot here and I met people I admire, appreciate and yes, love. Even if only virtually...

To celebrate I'm taking a short break :)

I never think it over either before renewing. It just comes natural.
My (forced) break is nearly over and believe me : I'll be glad to be back.
