Welcome to this week's "Member of the Week" post. Every week I will post the name of a member and a link to their profile. This will be our Member of the Week. Go have a look at their profile page and/or portfolio. Enjoy their photos, leave some comments and most of all post one or two of their photos in this thread so others can see them and enjoy them. If you like you can also write a little blurb saying why you enjoy this member's photos.
This week's Member of the Week is jmritz. And here are a couple of his photos.

Previous Members of the Week:
So many to choose from. His entire portfolio is stunning. John is one of my all time favourite photographers on DPC. His photographs get under my skin and refuse to leave and i can't think of higher praise than that.
I have almost given up picking among and commenting on John's work: too busy wiring my jaw back up. Just when you think you have got to the bottom of things, visually, John draws back a new curtain. There is not a gallery big enough, but there should be.
John is one of the most devoted photographer on this site. You might not notice but he posts with extraordinary regularity - rain or shine, comments or not, praises or insults - who cares?! The mark of a true artist.
There are images that amaze and satisfy me profoundly
Some, I simply love
Others just puzzle me immensely (what the hell did he want here? cannot stand them - and yes, I did ask him)
Some images can be capricious
Some images I truly dislike but there is no point to show them, it's my own fobia
Some amuse me
And last, but not least, there are some that make me look and look more and are constant companions
I am also looking forward to see how John will evolve because he's on a permanent quest
