Yes I'm back, I couldn't resist the 'photo like a painting challenge' I wanted to resist, I tried really hard, in fact I asked the SC only the day before to reinstate my acct so I could enter it, and Langdon kindly did with one hour to spare. I'm sorry I broke my promise not to return, but I feel I'm a different person now. I'm not concerned about scores, just producing what I love. I won't be posting much to threads anymore, kind of a time waster for me, and def won't be posting scores, I missed the creative aspect to photography, shooting for my work is not the same, although I love it, shooting for themes is much more creative for me, and I will just post what I love, rather than please the masses.
So to all of you that are sorry I've returned - you'll have to live with it, hehe, and to all those who support me (you know who you are) you really inspire me.

I started the thread bc no one else did, that's all.
The Baghead told me why they gave me a one, basically mine is DNMC and I figured that before I entered the challenge, I even wrote down in my comments section, before rollover that I wasn't expecting much with my image, just had a little fun with it that's all.
BTW some really good images in the challenge overall!
There isn't a photographer here who doesn't care about their score. They might claim to, but they get happy with good votes and disappointed with low votes -- though maybe not to the same level as each other.
If they didn't care about scores, they wouldn't enter a contest and would simply post their photos on Flickr or somewhere.
