Here's the thing. When you have one of the traits Jan you could possibly be annoying. But when you have all of them the tide actually swings and you become quite interesting. It's a rare but admired trait (smile).

#11 - depending on just how pompous and irritating they are being, I might be tempted to out-irritate them by actually pull out my cell phone to verify their claims :)
