it appears to be another aggregating type of site with ulterior motives in that it seems to be a front for an online editing tool. since the tool appears to be free, it would probably be a stretch to say the aggregating site is making unlicensed commercial use of the images displayed.
i can't tell where/how they are getting their images, but it seems to be stretching the limits of "fair use". |
