A family member of mine wants to print a canvas of an image with a size of approximately 60 x 40 inches.
What's the minimum pixel count and file size I would need for this print?
At 300dpi, it would require an unattainable 18000 x 12000 pixels. Without upscaling, how low can I drop the dpi and still maintain appropriate resolution for this canvas.
With the sellers that I work with, th eprofessional photo books or coffee table books for brides are printed in 200dpi, and thei are seen really close. The canvas sould be fine with 100 dpi.
