A PR company wanted to buy my image to be used as a cover for a coffee table book for its client. The client is a bank. Below are the information which I got from the client:
Image usage
1. Use - internal only
2. Format - print and digital
3. Use covers - may be used for web; advertising; marketing and promotional collateral; publishing and editorial; film, video and TV program
Usage specs
1. Circulation - 500 coffee table book would be printed. The board of directors of the bank will receive a copy and they represent the various countries that the bank represents. The book will be distributed during the Global Board of Directors meeting.
2. Duration - not indicated

Based on the above information, how much would you charge for the image (one image only)? If the deal is successful, I will be giving them a high resolution file in JPEG format.
