I first saw this mentioned in this thread and was curious if anyone here is using it or has experience with it.

I'd like to know more before trusting something that says

I think that's their disclaimer, to absolve themselves of any responsibility when their firmware hack horks up your camera.

Sadly, they've been warned to not touch the 1D's Skip... Canon has basically agreed to play it cool and let them do what they please, as long as they stay away from the good cameras. :(

..

So, I've used this, and I've got to say, it was FRICKEN excellent, other than a slight additional delay on the shutter response (which was actually a big deal)..

Anyway, that disclaimer seems to be completely unneeded, as I've never heard of anyone actually bricking a body with this.
