Major improvements!
Small nitpick - the shadow seems a bit 'hard', but I also kinda like that effect..

Composition is fine. DOF on the watch face is not. Foreground numbers are noticeably less sharp. This is a good time to learn how to do focus stacking :-) You're making great progress!
