Looks GREAT!

For whatever reason though, the watch feels like should be rotated the other way, at least maybe, dunno.

Feel free to lose some of the reflection and give the watch some more 'headroom'..

ETA: I also do not love the tip of the band sticking out to the right of the face of the watch - clone that out! :D

Watch looks good. Cropping or framing of it seems very arbitrary unless it is intended for a layout comp and text will go there. The OOF sliver of buckle is too bright, it's an eye trap.

A bit of rim-light would help, as would a bit of tonemapping.
