It does happen to the new comers who do not read the rules thoroughly especially the time frame. It's tempting if you have a nice portfolio, (and the disqualified entry was a good picture) to pick something that you have already shot and submit.
Indeed. Which always amazes me, since in order to submit we have to check that box, and *if* we read the text associated with it, we are agreeing to provide an original if requested, within 48 hours.

Ah, yes. Like all those dense blocks of "I Agree" statements we check for every computer program and update to every computer program we install.

Someday they will come to collect on all the fine print that said something about lifetime servitude, first born child, etc.
Fortunately those were the ones from the government and they'll be shut down for awhile. ;-)
