Today I noticed on my bank statement a $20.00 refund.... While I was ruminating on that, I got the following mail:

An error was made while refunding your order and instead of refunding you the $5 in honor of the discount code, your entire purchase amount was refunded. The mistake was ours and we hope you continue to enjoy your XYZ Software.
