I have been offered a used, but in perfect condition, EOS M for $200 with a 20?22mm f/2 lens. For another $50 he would give me the adaptor to use my

First, what is your opinion considering my condition? Second, what should I expect to get for my 7D + 50 mm f/1.8 + with battery pack, 4 batteries and the 580ii flash and an electronic remote? Package sale?

BTW, I can not find the Canon EOS M on our equipment list?

Please advise?

I've looked at it quite a bit.

It's not right for me, but with the firmware update the thing focuses fast, it's small, great ISO performance, and that lens isn't a bad lens...

$200 is a smoking deal, and $50 for the adapter is also good.

You might want a 50mm, so I'd get the adapter, even if you don't use it too much - it'll give you options (which are fun)..

It is light, and easy to use... I suspect you'll find it to be a good idea.

Is there a reason why the EOS M from Canon and the lenses do not feature under Equipment?

It's new. No one has sent a request for it to be added.

Go to Help, Contact Us, check Equipment addition/change then give a description of the camera, maybe even a link.

Hey doc,
I sent a request for the EOS M and the EF-M 22mm f/2 STM to be added to the equipment list.
So check the equipment list in a day or so. SC is usually pretty good in adding equipment within a day.

Actually, I requested it some time ago. Can't remember if I sent pictures of it to SC though.

Enjoy the new camera. I've kept my 7D, but since I bought my mirrorless Olympus the Canon hardly ever leaves the house any more.
