I think I am getting better but they are not as polished as I would like. Anyone have any tutorials you really like or have found useful?

They look pretty good. What are you using to do the extractions?

Heading out for dinner with the wife but I'll dig up some stuff I have later tonight.

I use the refine edge in cs5. It works really well most of the time.

Those all look really good. I would also like to see a tutorial on composites also.

Is that refine edge available in CS3? If not, Is there any third party software for cutting?

I believe it is new to cs5. Topaz has a remask tool but I have not used it much to give an opinion on it.

The hands on the lady in the second image seem a bit large. everything else seems decent for that style of PP.

Bob the Pen tool is the best extraction tool in PS. It takes some time to learn as well as making the extraction but its definitely the best tool.
