more and more photo apps keep coming out for the iPhone and iPad. some now allow you to scroll through and preview in real time many variations on a single scene BEFORE even pressing the "shutter" button and getting a capture.
that being the case, is this legal under most, if not all, of the editing rule sets given that the processing/effects/textures are all being set before capture and are applied immediately as the image is saved? in other words, are these considered "in camera" adjustments, even though they are more advanced than most real camera pre-capture settings?
