Hello, I´m trying to put a full images(Photo) in 468x60 pixels Banner with Photoshop CS6 but I´m having s lot of difficult to do that.Please can someone help me!

Go to IMAGE>IMAGE SIZE and select the parameters you would like. Size in pixels, resolution, etc.

I already did this but the image is flat, what I want is for an image of 4000x3000px to make it fit entire clip in a banner of 468x60 pixels without losing resolution, but of all the ways that I did not have some!! I've tried including create a banner 468x60 blank and then open the picture of 4000x3000px and copy it to the banner and with (transform)ctrl t go by reducing the size but it is also flattened within the frame of 468x60px?

I don't have CS6, but it sounds to me like you don't grasp the reality of dots per inch (dpi).

480 pixels is 480 pixels in a web banner, attempting to squeeze 4000 pixels in there is just going to goof you up.

I think it's more of an issue of understanding ratio. 4000x3000 is a ratio of 1.333 (4000/3000) whereas 468x60 gives a ratio of 7.8 (468/60)

In other words, when you reduce the 4000x3000 photo to fit into the banner, it'll look like a square with gaps at each side.

You have two choices: Crop whichever rectangular strip you'd like from the photo (closer in shape to the banner's shape) and reduce that in size. Or resize the original photo without constraining the ratio, but this will end up with the image looking 'flattened' or squeezed inside the banner.

I think I see what he means by "flat" now. I'd first crop, and force the crop tool to use the proper ratio of 7.8, then resize to 468 wide.... et voila.
