I don't think it would be a problem...but personally I'm not sure those would be best on canvas.
Some thoughts:
Canvas has a texture...that works in your favor as it would hide some of the grain or noise you would get from enlarging.
But I'm not sure how good the details of those would look. I've not printed on aluminum, but the BW ones look like they might be good candidates.
I've printed a 20x30 from several shots from a Canon G2 (I think that's only 4 mp if I recall correctly). They are hanging in my dining room, and they look great (even though back then I used a pretty cheap printing service.)
I recommend Canvas on Demand. You can upload it to their site and I believe there's a way you could ask for an opinion on print size from them. I've printed over 50 canvases with them, and they've been great. I've had a few with problems, but they handled those very well, in no case making me send it back and rather just replacing the canvas (I think I sent them a picture of it once). I've been very happy with them.
Another option is WHCC--white house custom color. They've called me anytime there MIGHT be a problem with an order, particularly overprinting (which causes you to lose a little of the pic). But I've never ordered canvas from them...only prints. But they've been super for those...both the quality and the service.
Check out Aluminize for printing on Aluminum. There are many here that have printed that way--I have one coming as soon as I try--a Groupon. But I haven't tried myself yet.
ETA: You could try upsizing/upscaling them with Genuine Fractals or equivalent--or even Photoshop, and see how they look at 1:1 simulating the print size.
