Is Ps set to use your GPU for acceleration? If so, you might try disabling that and see whether the problem goes away. If it resolves the issue, then try using the most basic acceleration and see if that works. Acceleration options are under Edit> Preferences >Performance. You can turn acceleration off completely by unchecking the box in the Graphics Processor Settings area of this dialog. Under Advanced, you can set the level of acceleration. If you find that turning off acceleration solved the problem, try turning it back on but using the more basic level.
