Your entry was very fun (at least I thought so!) and a bit chaotic. Your alternate would have scored better, because (in my opinion) the composition is more classic and orderly - that tends to be more appealing to a broader audience.

Yeah, I don't think I'd complain about a 6, but then I don't do as well as you, so I have a different "meh" level.
