Did you see the comment someone had left on that page?

I didn't look any further than the price list truthfully. I don't see how they'd stay in business long though if they were selling customers images.

They're not. That's standard boilerplate for companies that process images via the internet. By having them process your image, you allow them (or licensees) to promote their services using your image. Like having your wedding clients sign a release saying you can use shots of them to promote your photography business basically.

looks like it's just the canvas, they don't mention the wood frame

By frame they mean an outer frame, not the inner one that the canvas would mount to.
