So for a few years I have used the Pantone Colorvision AKA Spyder 2. And I've recently switch who I do my printing with and they gave me some direct number relating to the colormunki display because of some issues I was having in differences between prints from them and from my last print service. So I ordered one and today it arrived. I've done several calibrations with it using their numbers. And to be honest my monitor to my eyes, well it just looks like POO! compared to calibrating it with my spyder.

Has anyone used the Colormunki display and willing to offer their experience with me compared to what they have used before? I'm going to edit some images and order test prints to see if I can see the difference. But in the meantime I'd love to hear some feedback.

i use a spyder 4. wanted the color munki, but after several reviews, pros, cons, went with the spyder(it works well, though there are small things i'd like to figure out when i have more time). Wish i had more to offer here.

I have the ColoMunki. Purchased just over a month ago. I quickly calibrated all of my computer displays (laptop LCD, laptop second monitor, wife's laptop, and HDTV connected to media center). Comparing all of the displays, they all look exact, so the calibration is working.

It can do ambient light monitoring to change your brightness, but I haven't tried that. It can also remind you to re-calibrate, which is relatively handy.

It's extremely simple to use, and delivers good results. I would recommend it.

Using the ColorMunki for several years now. Still happy with it, although the USB connection isn't always stable. Created a paper profile with it for cheap A4 paper and the colors looks a lot better now when printing.
