I think these days everyone is getting votes and not so many comments.
Some of that is due to people getting negative responses to their comments, and I think it's partly due to having so many challenges going at once, so that people may be rushing through the voting process even faster than usual.
People also find it harder to comment on pictures they don't like so much -- I don't think I've had more than 3 or 4 comments on a picture in a while ...

Actually, there was a time that I made numerous comments of the Posthumous awards and received some very interesting responses.
Truth be told, because of the interactions I am now a lot more receptive to those images that I once considered a monumental waste of time.
Funny how opening one's mind to things that normally would not pass mustard can actually lead to an appreciation to what was formerly unknown, untested and misunderstood.
I've only got two challenge in voting with 65 votes so far and I've already got three comments, so I'm not complaining. My scores are on a real roller-coaster ride though, especially the free study.
