The bolded part answers your question in the affirmative. The 5D uses EF mount lenses.
It looks like the focus ring is geared to be attached to a focus puller. It might be fairly uncomfortable to adjust focus by hand. It looks like the aperture is geared and manual as well.
They do look purty though. I want some red anodized lenses!

That's exactly right. And notice the very precise focusing scale on the barrel as well. Awesome old-school stuff.

I would never buy one but they piqued my curiosity as I get more into videography with my 5D2
