The last six votes have averaged 4.33. I'm pretty sure I know the source of this negativity, as I received a threat via PM this morning. I've reported the PM to the SC. It's the second time I've reported this person for threatening photo and words. However, he is only one vote. It raises other questions.

Sorry to hear about the threat. Hope SC will take measures to prevent more of that stuff.
As for the low votes, I experienced the same problem, from 5.25 to:

Hey SC,
Baseless accusations against me are really starting to become tiresome. Just because I don't fly towards the report post button with the frequency, or ever for that matter, as hahn23 does, doesn't mean it's not harassment.
pretty happy with my score, it was close to 6, but the midday crowed is always harsh. it doesn't have the wow factor i hoped i could have given it so the score reflects mine perfectly, slightly better than average.
