 
Not complaining about the score but most comments just didn't get the water connection. Here was my thinking
Hydro power - water turning turbines generating electricity
Nuke power - steam turning turbines generating electricity
coal power - steam turning turbines generating electricity
even some solar power - steam turning turbines generating electricity
I started with a longer title but thought it was obvious, that was a mistake
