Ah, if it were only so. But no. The 60Da has increased sensitivity to very near IR so that the hydrogen alpha emission line at 656 nm is imaged better. This is very important for astrophotography. It also has a strong IR blocking filter for longer IR wavelengths, so it will not do what you wish. Truly, the only avenue that IR landscape photogs have is a conversion. |
