I use it. It saved my butt when my hard disk died. It is easy -- you just set it up and forget it.
But there are a couple of things that are less than ideal. When you start, and you have a lot of data to back up -- it takes literally weeks before it gets all backed up. Then, if you have to then restore it also takes forever. When restoring it I got anxious that it was taking so long to restore. I just wanted to have all my pictures back safe. So, I broke down an paid something like $200 for them to send me a drive with my backup on it. You do get to keep the external hard drive that they send. |
