We (my hubby plamprec, our buddy rayethier and yours truly) had a little holiday (that's a vacation to you American speakers) which included a trip to Emerald to meet Judi!
Judi (and her husband Damien) spent a whole day with us!!
They took us out to Lake Maraboon / Fairbairn Dam
where we even had a DPC GTG!

Then Judi and Damien showed us the gemfields of Sapphire and Rubyvale, which was a VERY interesting experience.

It was fantastic to meet Judi (and everyone else) in person.
Thank you so very much for the wonderful day we had.

Yes indeed... many, many thanks to Judi and Damien for showing us around and organizing the GTG. We had a wonderful time and really did see some very interesting sites.
I would be remiss if I did not say thank you to Beetle and her husband Plamprec for putting up with my antics all this time.
Thank you everyone involved, you truly made this old geezer glad he knows such wonderful people.
