Yashica 124G Manual
They are a well regarded medium format TLR. (Twin Lens Reflex). A lot of the design was inspired by the Rolleiflex. This camera was back at the top of Yashica's game, and capable of excellent images. There is a 124G group on Flickr, and a visit to APUG.ORG might also be in order. Just don't mention the D-Word (Digital) over there. The large negative size makes for some really sharp and detailed 8X10 and larger images, that will compare favorably with some pretty expensive digital cameras of today.
You should also be aware, that Analog Photography can be addicting. It is slower paced, and forces you to become part of the image capture process. (Personally, I love it!) I don't know if Ben, bspurgeon has a 124G or not. However he also is into film (analog) photography.
