Ran across an old school Canon S10 for $15 on ebay a few minutes ago.... Naturally I snapped it up. :)
The S10 really was the beginning of an awesome line of cameras, and I've missed mine since it was stolen years ago - it's probably kinda silly but I'm thrilled to be getting one again.
Now for the question, the camera uses CF II cards, and it's my understanding that newer CF cards should be backwards compatible, but there is probably a size limitation for the S10...
Anyone know what I'm gonna be able to use for CF cards in this thing? I might be soliciting a WTB for a old tiny CF card soon... :)
Just for retro fun I do think I can get my hands on a microdrive, which has known compatibility issues with this camera, but I'd probably prefer to actually use it with a CF card. |
