Just wanted to share some fun shots from a friends birthday party.
  
Setup my 50D on a tripod with a hotshoe mounted flash and cable release, also used a slaved AB with an octobox behind for a background and rimlight.
Wish I had been able to diffuse the direct flash more, since it was a bit harsh, still pretty pleased with the results.
   
I'd love to hear your thoughts, and any suggestions are welcome.
