I did notice that to, so then I start to think. Also if you look at the Kit lens then you AF Button and IS button, as all Rebel owners know and others, that the kit lens does not have IS.
Um, I think they just copied the description from the 10d description and changed some stuff. They did a pretty half-assed job of it too as they forgot to replace 10d with 20d in one instance.

They've announced (well, been leaked) a couple of new EF-S lenses too. One wide angle (11-22 or so) and one mid range, slow lens with IS.
