The clear button worked ok for me and the send button came up with a 404 error and guessing you didn't get the form?
I only work on Joomla sites, what are you using for your site/template?
well the button i think just reloads the page, so that's why it clears. i downloaded teh site from template monster, i'd rather not redo the form just use what there and get it to work, i host with bluehost.
The action is what file is executed when someone presses send. It looks like your site cannot find the "_derived/nortbots.htm" file, since it 404 errors.
Yes, a quick google search said the same, tis bedtime here but will pop back in the morning if you have not solved this.
thanks, instead of trying to figure it out i found some code from another tutorial and replaced the form on my site with that and a new php script. seems to work fine now. its not quite as clean as the old, but its close. when i get more time i may go back and reformat it.
just waiting on one testimonial from a client and the new site will go live!
