There is a wonderful exhibit of stained glass inside the pier, but make sure you do NOT visit it unless you are not in a hurry! Also there is a lot of local artist sculpture artwork on the pier walkway and in the little park just outside the main entrance of the pier. Each year there are new sculptures, although some of them remain year after year. You may have a problem photographing the skyline from your ship, depending on what time the cruise is. You will have to look west, which means right into the setting sun. But if you are out there after the sun sets, you should have the opportunity for some nice pictures. |
