I have 5 3M overhead projectors sitting outside my office waiting for surplus. I'm pretty sure they all work except one. I've been told that I can have the broken one for spare parts if I wanted and that I could check out a working one indefinitely since nobody here uses them anymore.
I have a studio with a white paper background.
Has anybody else played with these in their studio before? Any use for the spare parts?... or am I going to regret lugging these home after work.
I have played with projectors in the studio, but it hasn't been for some time. They've gotten brighter, but not by enough to make them really useful. Still a lot of fun stuff can be done
Thanks guys! I'll definitely be lugging it home tomorrow. I'll prolly end up taking home one to dismantle. That concave glass is too cool to pass up and I hear there's a ?fresnel? lens somewhere in there too?
