Missed five photowalks in as many months due to strategically placed exams. Just had to decline a workshop I got selected for through a competition because of exams. Now that exams are over my 70-300 has stopped focusing. I am feeling cursed. That is all.

Aww man...that is horrible. I hope your lens gets better.

manual focus. if you miss, just claim it was intentional. there is a whole challenge in voting right now dedicated to it.

Lol! I wish, but the shutter button won't press with that particular lens on
