The proper way to do to this is to go to the last page of the voting thumbnails. At the very bottom will be your entry. Click on it.
Underneath your picture will be a link that says "Request an admin note". Click on it.
A new screen will open that will allow you to submit your original, unedited photograph (the one that came directly from the camera) and type an explanation. This will start the DQ process.
