Greetings all,
Besides the obvious comraderie, education and just plain fun in the spirit of competition, I am really enjoying getting out and about, opening my eyes to things right under my own nose.
I drag my wife around on Sundays, going places here in San Diego County that neither of us have ever been to (or have been, but it's been years since).
The challenges have a way of broadening our vision of what's around us and making us take a little more time to enjoy it. Life is generally so busy, there always seems to be an excuse to not get in the car and go do something fun.
