Need help on entry for April Open Challenge

Anyone still up at 1am?

This will only be my 2nd challenge, and I would like to show someone my entry idea and explain what I did, to make sure I am within the challenge guidelines.

If no one is still up, I will check in the morning.

Also...if I remove an entry in this contest, because I feel this is a stronger image, can I add another entry after removing the first one?
