I have about 40 photography apps on my iPhone.
I'd estimate that at least 15 of them do something similar to Instagram (albeit perhaps not as easily or quickly) -

The funny part is, it's the only app I have found that actually FORCES you to crop your photos into a square. Interesting that such a limitation would help an app become so popular? …
