I postprocessed using the basic editing rules. I wanted to see what I could have submitted... I had forgotten that Blue was an advanced editing challenge even though it was an open challenge.
I used the usual levels and USM, the color desaturation and the blue saturation was done using hue/sat dialog, the selective color dialog and the channel mixer.
