Let me know how it works... been looking to get a P&S... was thinking about the Nikon CoolPix touch screen (can't remember the name of it).
Not that I use P&S's very much after getting my current camera. But it would be nice to have for those "just in case moments" as my phone takes crappy photos.
Perhaps you are the first, but there are plenty of us who own sibling or cousin cameras. I've got the G11 and have been using it as much as the DSLR of late.
I have the Canon S95 and I think it is a fantastic pocket camera. Unfortunately it is broken at the moment and I am too skint to get it repaired or replace it.

I've had a few of the G series cameras; G5, G7 and my Dad's G11. Great cameras all around.
Actually I bought it first, asked SC to include it on the list (they had an old Canon S100 there) and forgot to update my equipment.

I've had it for 2 days, so far, it's awesome. With so many controls and capabilities it's going to be a while before I figure it out completely. I have noticed a problem with the default settings and the flash popping up under my finger and I have to restart the camera.
I also owned the older Canon S100, but it's long gone.
