I have downloaded the 15 day trial but it is not showing up in PS? It is also not in my list of programs. I've downloaded it twice and even restarted the computer but it still is not showing up. Can anyone help me to get this pug in working?
It's in my add/remove programs so I know it was downloaded properly. Maybe it's in the wrong folder on C: drive?
Never mind. I think I got it. It didn't load into the PS plug ins folder. I cut and pasted it in. That seemed to do the trick. I love it when I can answer my own questions. Makes me seem useful. Probably should have stepped back for a second before posting this.
I didn't get a trial code. When I opened it for the first time it asked if I wanted to use the 15 day free trial or enter purchase code. I clicked free trial and it went into the program.
Correct, but you need to register it to apply it. There's a link on their site for that. The code will be emailed within minutes. The same code will work to trial any of the products IO believe, for the same 15-day period.
ETA: the free trial code qualifies as a "purchase code", it's just time sensitive.
