Do you use Aperture? If you do, you could do it by creating a custom book, making it a 1 page book and edit the layout to suit the number of images you wanted to include.

Oh, good to know! Though I just bore down and did it in photoshop.
Collage or photo mosaic were you take an input photo and a source folder and it makes them ino the picture from lots of little pictures? As there's a good one for mac that's free
As stated picasa is good and free or I did a 400 photo one once in ps patience is a virtue :)
