It's hard to be sure, but it looks to me like the four flash heads are the only light sources, unless you use a "diffusion ring" in conjunction with the flash. If that's so, it won't give the same look as a true ring flash. If some of the flash energy is directed back at the ring, it might perform somewhat better. Hard to predict, really.
