i have submitted this question to the SC, too, but thought I would query the community...
if you add A LOT of grain to an image, so much that it looks like it is snowing or raining, would that violate the following?
You may not:
use ANY editing technique to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn’t already exist in your original capture(s).
