Man! I had submitted my blue photo last night, and wouldn't you know that today presented another blue shot! So now I have switched photos, hope that I dont bite myself in the ass on this one!
I must admit, my 2nd photo did put more emotion into my eyes, so if it doesnt score well, so be it. Good luck to all! Here is what I chose NOT to enter...

That is a pretty good shot. A nice shade of blue and I really like the perspective/angle you used. Too bad that that first barrel is at a different angle, but that's kinda minor. I would of probably scored it a 7. If you swapped it for another shot, the new one must be pretty good. :-)
Have not entered Blue and probably won't vote, I like the shot and the blue is there but imho its not a wall hanger (6). Good luck with the alternative :)

The 2nd choice had more of an impact on me which is why I picked it... I feel as if that my score will hinder however. So is the way of the DPC =) Just gotta roll with the punches!
Hey Jeremy: this shot looks very good but I can only guess what you switched it for. I know the problem. It is all a matter of feeling and I look forward to seeing what you did submit. Good luck and may your decision have been wise.
oh man now I think im changing my macro shot as well! LOL this is the first time ive ever even THOUGHT about changing a photo. Normally once I shoot, I move on to the next challenge. oh boy oh boy
